Project Introduction
We provided a customized 124 m² outdoor rental LED screen solution for an outdoor stage in Las Vegas, USA. Using 236 cabinets measuring 500 × 1,000 mm and 24 cabinets measuring 500 × 500 mm, we created a distinctive geometric backdrop featuring a central diamond-shaped display, symmetrical angled panels, and rectangular side screens. This creative arrangement shows how modular LED cabinets can be combined into custom shapes to suit a stage design. With brightness reaching 5,000 cd/m², the screens provide strong visibility in bright daylight.
To bring the customer’s stage design to life within a limited budget, we customized the screen configuration with cost-effective component and assembly options. We recommended MLS LED lamps with copper lead frames, together with a soft-connection design between the LED modules and cabinets. These choices significantly reduced the overall cost while meeting the project’s display requirements, allowing the customer to achieve an impressive, custom-shaped LED backdrop at an affordable price.
The customer organized the local installation team, and we sent one Technical Director and one engineer to assist and guide the work on site. The cabinets were mounted on a dedicated stage steel structure, with 56 ballast weights of 25 kg each placed behind it to help improve stability. Quick-lock mechanisms made assembly faster, while our specialists guided the team to align each cabinet before securing the locks, ensuring an even display surface across each screen section. Together, the teams completed the installation in just eight days.
