Project Introduction
We customized two mobile LED advertising trucks with frameless display designs for an Iraqi customer engaged in LED display sales in Guangzhou, China. Built for delivery to Iraq, each truck features LED screens on three sides, creating a mobile advertising platform that can reach audiences from multiple directions. The displays use 250 × 250 mm outdoor P3.91 LED modules, combining a compact pixel pitch with a clean exterior appearance for video advertising and promotional content.
To improve protection against outdoor exposure, we used waterproof steel cabinets for all three display sections. The gaps between the LED modules and cabinets were filled with black waterproof structural sealant to help prevent water ingress at the joints. Careful attention to these connections allowed us to maintain the frameless appearance while adding protection where the display components meet.
Inside each truck, an air-conditioning unit helps control the temperature around the display equipment during hot summer conditions. We also installed a high-performance computer for operating the LED screens and updating advertising content. With the control equipment integrated into the vehicle, the customer can manage playback and replace media from inside the truck, making daily operation more convenient.
Each truck is equipped with a diesel generator to supply power to the LED displays, allowing advertising operation at locations without a fixed external power connection. A shared fuel tank supplies both the truck engine and the generator, simplifying refueling. By integrating the display, control computer, cooling system, and power supply into one vehicle, we provided a complete solution tailored to the customer’s mobile advertising needs.
Our support also extended to the vehicle export process. We assisted the customer with the arrangements and documentation needed to address the vehicle export qualification requirements for shipment from China to Iraq. After installation, the LED display sections were carefully covered with protective foam and wrapped in transparent plastic film. This packaging helped protect the screen surfaces and reduce exposure to moisture and salt-laden air during sea transportation.
Both trucks were shipped as complete vehicles with the LED displays already installed, saving the customer the time and expense of arranging local screen installation. After receiving the trucks, the customer confirmed that this approach had reduced installation costs and expressed strong satisfaction with our service. From custom display construction and onboard equipment integration to export assistance and shipping preparation, we supported the project through to delivery.
