Solder Paste Printer

We operate four GKG GSE fully automatic solder paste printers in our LED display manufacturing process. Manufactured in China, these machines apply solder paste to LED module PCB pads through precision stencils, preparing each board for component placement and reflow soldering. Having four printers gives us greater flexibility when scheduling production for different LED module designs.

The GKG GSE offers an adjustable printing speed of 10–200 mm/s, allowing the squeegee speed to be matched to the solder paste, stencil design, and PCB layout. Its specified repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.01 mm and printing accuracy of ±0.025 mm support precise alignment and repeatable paste deposition. Actual production throughput depends on board dimensions, printing settings, and stencil cleaning intervals.

Consistent solder paste application is essential for reliable LED module assembly. Controlled printing pressure and stencil separation help achieve suitable paste deposits, reducing the risk of insufficient solder joints or bridging between adjacent pads. The machine also supports dry, wet, and vacuum stencil cleaning to help keep stencil openings clear during production.

Our four GKG GSE printers work alongside our Hanwha and Panasonic placement machines and JT reflow soldering ovens as part of a coordinated SMT process. By establishing consistent printing conditions before components are placed, we create a reliable foundation for subsequent soldering, inspection, and testing of our LED display modules.
