Automatic Screw Fastening

We operate a total of 20 Wanyida automatic screw fastening machines across the WZX-2532-2 and WZX-3232-2 models to support LED module assembly. Both models feature two electric screwdrivers and a specified fastening cycle of 1–1.5 seconds for two screws, equivalent to approximately 80–120 screws per minute under suitable operating conditions. Actual output depends on loading, unloading, and movement between fastening positions.

With a specified XYZ positioning accuracy of ±0.02 mm, these machines support precise positioning at programmed screw locations. Automatic track width adjustment helps accommodate different product sizes, while storage for up to 1,000 programs, each containing 4,000 points, supports repeat production and changeovers between module designs.

The equipment includes alarms for stripped threads, screws that are not fully seated, and refastening issues, together with product counting. These functions help operators identify fastening problems during assembly. Suitable tightening settings and secure fixture positioning remain important for protecting module components and achieving consistent assembly quality.

Our 20-machine setup allows us to distribute fastening work across multiple assembly stations and manage different production batches more flexibly. By automating repetitive screw fastening tasks, we reduce manual handling and support efficient, repeatable LED module production before subsequent inspection and testing.
