We operate four Wanyida WGJ-S520ZX automatic glue dispensing machines, primarily for outdoor LED module production. These machines apply protective potting compound to designated areas of the modules, helping protect electronic components and connections from moisture and supporting reliable outdoor operation.

For outdoor LED displays, consistent sealing is an important part of the manufacturing process. Automated dispensing helps distribute the compound more evenly and reduces variations associated with manual application. This supports consistent coverage across production batches while reducing repetitive manual work.

Different module designs require suitable dispensing paths and carefully controlled application amounts. Too little compound can leave gaps in protection, while excessive application can waste material or interfere with assembly. The dispensing process must also account for air bubbles, surface cleanliness, and proper curing to achieve an effective protective layer.

With four WGJ-S520ZX machines, we can organize outdoor module production more flexibly and support multiple production batches. Combined with suitable materials, correct curing, and finished-product testing, automatic glue dispensing contributes to the durability and manufacturing consistency of our outdoor LED displays.
